Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently seeking experienced Mortgage Sales Assistants to support a special project with a great company located in the Baltimore metro area. This is a six month contract opportunity and will be fully remote for the duration of the project. The Mortgage Sales Assistant will provide support to the origination team in the following areas Lead Management Application Management Processing Pipeline Management Specific duties in these areas will include but not be limited to Periodic review of each loan that are in processing status, with checking and monitoring for the following and reporting issues to Sales Manager Reaching out to Members to follow-up on needed documents, in support of Processor MLO's efforts Identifying and contacting leads within loan origination system and initiating follow-up contact with Member, to gauge interest Checking and monitoring of leads assigned to the MLO's and notifying the Sales Manager when leads are out of SLA for their initial contact and subsequent follow-up Other duties as assigned Experience required Prior experience working in Mortgage industry is a plus Prior Sales or Administrative support to a sales team Experience working in a deadline orientedproduction environment Understanding on Mortgage loan process Strong communication skills internally and externally Highest levels of customer service and support The salary for this role will start around 18 an hour DOE.
